In Israel and its Zionist “Jewish” supporters, we are facing a Judeo-supremacist cult that sees any who are not Zionist as “untermensch” and suitable only for slave duties. Ben-Gvir and Smotrich are the tip of the iceberg. The world can only move forward by dismantling Israel.
I differ with many on the definition of “Jewry”. I adhere to the dictionary definition that a Jew can only be a Jew if they are one of two things:
- That they are a descendant of the ancient Hebrews. DNA testing has shown that the true descendants of the ancient Hebrews are the modern-day Palestinians. First, most of them converted to Christianity 2,000 years ago, they then (mostly) converted to Islam in the 7th Century. Even Ben-gurion, Israel’s first Prime Minister said this. So we must see the Palestinians as the TRUE JEWS.
- That people can be Jews if they follow the Torah to the letter. The only people who do this are the orthodox Jews and in particular, the Neturei Karta. They recognise that there is no Messiah and therefore God forbids that they return en masse to Palestine
In fact, the Israeli Zionists are adhering to a Christian interpretation of Jews, as is laid out in the bible which declares that if the “Jews” return en masse to Israel that this will bring about the coming of the new Messiah.
But what about secular Jews, I hear you ask? In my book, these people not Jews- they are just Europeans, like you or I (especially if they are Ashkenazi). They have about as much connection to the Holy Land as you or I.
DNA studies bear this out. We do all the Judaic faith a disservice by allowing these “jews” to call themselves Jews.
They may observe Hannukah and wear a kippah, but I can observe Christmas and visit a catholic church- that does not make me a Christian. By allowing what you call secular Jews to call themselves Jews is, in my view, muddying the water. Because these “Jews”, whether they be Zionist or anti-Zionist, all consider Israel/Palestine to be in some way, important and “special” to them. By allowing them to do this, we encourage them to dominate the narrative. Both Rabbi Weiss of the Neturei Karta and I agreed that these secular “Jews” were really “lapsed Jews” in the same way that I am a lapsed Catholic.
So, by allowing the secular “Jews” to call themselves “Jews” we are pouring petrol on the fire of Palestine. We must move to seeing all secular “Jews” as simply Europeans, the same as you or I, and not in any way “chosen” and not in any way “related to Palestine” . It is this failure on our part to declare or understand this which allows the apartheid psychology inherent in any supremacist cult to thrive.
So- I repeat, the only true Jews, are basically, the Palestinians.
